Concept Masterplan
Our emerging proposals for the new settlement at Isley Woodhouse include approximately 4,250 new dwellings; one local centre; two neighbourhoods centres; a sport, leisure and community hub; two new primary schools; a secondary school; employment land; and green infrastructure, including sports facilities.
The proposals are illustrated in the plans below, which includes the Concept Masterplan and separate diagrams outlining key principles for Land Uses, Access, Connectivity, and Green Infrastructure.
